  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all certification cards, appraisals, and protective packaging to ensure a safe transit.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
